List of Emotions

Our Thoughts Create Our Feelings

As humans, we experience a wide range of emotions. How we feel is an indication of what we are thinking. However, most don't realize that our thoughts create our feelings.

Typically, we spend most of our time enjoying or not enjoying a feeling with little thought about why we feel a particular way. For example, have you ever felt a little down for no reason?

Or maybe you're feeling happy and energized throughout your day. So we may say we're just feeling blah today or having a good day. But in fact, our feelings don't just happen to us

Feelings Don’t Just Happen (we don’t FALL in love)

We could categorize most emotions as good or bad and negative or positive. While that is a good start to identifying what is causing the good or bad feeling, naming the emotion can give us more awareness and the ability to change how we feel if we choose to.
